For delicious, homemade Canadian fare with a southwest twist, try Coyotes. This classic Banff restaurant has stood the test of time with their delicious and healthy food. They source all their ingredients locally, and they make every dish in house, from scratch. We love Coyotes at any time of day, but they serve one of our favourite breakfasts of all time!

For a fun night out, try some unique pizzas at Bear Street Tavern. The casual atmosphere, great service and delicious, homemade pizzas make this spot popular with locals and visitors alike. They have everything from artisan pizzas to mountain inspired tavern classics. They even have specials for your dog! Enjoy food with your furry friend on their large, dog-friendly patio.

For a more upscale experience, The Bison Restaurant has excellent food, stellar service and a great atmosphere. They feature locally sourced ingredients in their elegant menu, and their fine dining dishes are accompanied by a mountain casual atmosphere. They also feature local art on their walls, supported by Banff’s own Canada House Gallery. Did we already mention the delicious food?

Want a meal with a view? Both Maclab Bistro and Three Ravens at The Banff Centre serve great food and have stunning views of Banff and beyond. Maclab’s casual dining experience has a huge patio and features healthy, homemade food. Three Ravens is Banff’s hidden gem for fine dining. The restaurant features creative and innovative cuisine that focuses on sustainability and culinary diversity. Their wine list is designed to complement their dishes, and they always deliver on an exceptional experience.

If you’re looking for classic and casual, Banff Ave Brewing Co. brews classic Banff beer and serves delicious food. The brewpub has created a community of locals and visitors that love great beer in a casual and inviting atmosphere. For classic pizza and pasta that feeds the town of Banff seven days a week, grab a slice of Athena Pizza, or get it delivered anywhere in town.

If you’re just looking for a cup of coffee, or maybe some fresh baking to fuel your day outside, Wild Flour Bakery serves a delicious brew and they make all their tasty treats in-house, every day. This local, independent coffee house serves organic, local, healthy and nourishing food. From artisan breads to warm soups on chilly days, Wild Flour has something for everyone.

So whether you’re looking for a quick bite to eat, or an extravagant evening out, be sure to visit one of these safe spaces and make the most of your time in Banff.
