Earls has daily “happy hour” brunch specials from 9 am to noon, with everything on their brunch menu a cool $9.97. We were a little late for the happy hour pricing, but they serve brunch until 2 pm, so we had lots of time for eggs. I got the 2 Eggs Breakfast, simple and classic. I was sure it would be filling for the rest of the afternoon.
Our food arrived hot and ready. The classic eggs, bacon and fried potatoes were expertly prepared and served quickly. They tasted just as good as they looked. I’m told the eggs benny were very good, and so was the teriyaki chicken bowl – not everyone in our party was feeling like breakfast comfort food!
Earls is known for its casual atmosphere, its farm-to-table philosophy of interacting with farmers and sourcing local ingredients wherever possible, and it’s made-from-scratch, delicious food. Each Earls location carries on this family tradition to ensure everyone has the chance to experience quality food in a relaxed atmosphere at an affordable price.
Even in the dead of winter, I could envision relaxing at Earls, on that excellent patio with those fantastic views, with a drink and a burger on a warm summer evening. I will have to return to Earls in the Rockies to bring this fantasy to life.
